Campbell Page is a not-for profit organisation which has delivered a range of community services and employment programs across Australia for over 35 years.

This includes providing support to disadvantaged youths, people at risk of or experiencing homelessness, young mothers, struggling families, and First Nations people.


The Role
As an In Work Support Consultant, you will provide ongoing support and mentoring to customers who have gained employment within the Disability Employment Services (DES) program, helping them to maintain long term sustainable employment

This will include:

  • Conduct weekly/fortnightly employment progress appointments and record details of the contact in the system and book next appointment
  • Organizing customer support needs to assist in maintaining employment
  • Create and compile documentary evidence for claims & outcomes, following CP process and procedures
  • Develop a strong platform to move customers who require further support post 26 weeks into ongoing support
  • Engaging your customers to complete online customer satisfaction surveys to measure quality of level of service
  • Conducting services inline with the employment services contract

About you

  • Exceptional communication and client service skills
  • Proven ability to engage with and motivate diverse stakeholders
  • Strong planning, coordination and time management skills, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously, with the support of a wider team
  • Genuine desire to make a real change in people's lives
  • Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Ability to undertake / satisfy a National Police Clearance (criminal history check)
  • Community services qualifications, or experience in the employment sector/recruitment would be advantageous, but they are not essential requirements of the role._
