Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for two Application Support Officers to join the Application Support team at Gippsland Health Alliance on a full time ongoing basis.

Gippsland Health Alliance (GHA) is one of five Rural Health Alliances established by the Department of Human Services (DHS) in Victoria. It is a consortium of all publicly funded health services in the Gippsland region. Our overarching objective is to provide timely information to health professionals and administrators wherever needed.

The Application Support Officer is responsible for the day to day support of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) environment.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in support EMR and/or other clinical systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Demonstrated understanding of hospital and clinical processes and the ability of information systems to support and enable these
  • A record of success in working with people, developing relationships with key stakeholds and vendors
