The role


As a Planning Technical Officer, you will play a pivotal part in assessing planned sewer and water works, meticulously identifying risks and field resource requirements.

Your keen eye for detail will ensure that system outages are not just managed but planned and documented in accordance with industry standards.

Your contributions will directly contribute to our vision of providing safe and sustainable water and wastewater services to our community.


What you'll bring

  • Knowledge of or the ability to understand the operation and maintenance of water distribution and wastewater collection systems.
  • Effective time management skills and experience in works planning, scheduling and management using business computer software packages.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
