Job Description After a customer purchases the Smart Recruiters platform, they become part of the Smart Recruiters community and engage with our Professional Services team.

As an Implementation Consultant - located remotely in the APAC region - you play a pivotal role within the Professional Services team providing an exceptional experience for our customers and partners.

The ideal candidate is a great listener, able to provide clear and concise communication, and a creative problem solver.

You'll facilitate conversations to define business processes, create and understand career site design briefs, lead implementation meetings, configure Smart Recruiter products and support the customer go live process.

You have a passion for building a relationship of trust with our team, customers and partners.
This position will be a contract to Full Time after 3-4 months.

What You'll Deliver:

Consult on best practices and guide our customers through their onboarding of our Smart Recruiters Offering, with a focus on our Smart Attrax Career Site product Execute discovery workshops with internal resources or in conjunction with partner resources Responsible for all requirements gathering and documentation, including career site design briefs and configuration workbooks Consult on career site best practices, as well as how the Smart Recruiter OS relates to the career site configuration Work closely with web development team to manage Career Site timelines and deliverables Configure Smart Recuiters products to customer specifications and participate in user acceptance testing Manage project plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables, providing regular updates to key stakeholders around risks, mitigation plans, and project status When necessary, work with an Onboarding Project Manager to onboard large-scale and enterprise customer Ensure successful handoff to CSM's, AM's, and Support once project is complete Collaborate with our Community and Enablement teams to build a world class training experience for internal, partner, and customer teams Work cross-functionally with other departments within Smart Recruiters such as Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure successful go-live, adoption, and engagement or on internal projects as needed Understand our Partner Marketplace to provide solutions to our customers outside of our product offering Expand your knowledge of the Smart Recruiters suite of products and offerings as the product evolves and impact to career site functionality Contribute to the development of best practices, improvement of processes and streamlining of documentation via weekly cross-functional meetings Support internal projects and initiatives, community participation, and provide SME knowledge in specific areas Collaborate with external partners and freelance resources Manage up to 8- 10 projects in various state of completion Meet or exceed billable utilization of 60-70%Qualifications Minimum 2 years of implementing Saa S solutions in a client-facing role Experience in talent acquisition software or HR technology Experience consulting on web design and UX, creating design briefs, guiding customers on brand requirements and providing best practice for web development Working knowledge of HTML and CSS Strong time, task, and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills Experience managing complex global projects and timezones Comfortable with difficult conversations, internally and externally, and managing customer escalations Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt quickly to change Energized working with and advising customers Able to influence change Able to work remotely and hold yourself accountable Exposure to the recruiting or recruiting technology industry is a plus Additional Information Smart Recruiters strives to offer equitable and engaging compensation to our employees across the globe as we always seek to attract, motivate, and retain the right talent.
