The Opportunity:
Joining the SmartRecruiters team as an Implementation Consultant offers a unique chance to engage with customers who have adopted the SmartRecruiters platform. As a key member of the Professional Services team based remotely in the APAC region, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support and guidance to customers and partners alike.

What You Will Bring:
As an Implementation Consultant, your responsibilities will include consulting on best practices, assisting customers with onboarding, conducting discovery workshops, documenting requirements, guiding customers on career site design, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a successful project execution. Your role will involve managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and working closely with internal and external teams to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, your role will require you to engage with the Partner Marketplace, contribute to training initiatives, and provide subject matter expertise in specific areas.

Desired Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in implementing SaaS solutions in a client-facing capacity. Experience in talent acquisition software or HR technology is essential, along with expertise in web design, UX, HTML, and CSS. Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle complex projects and customer interactions are vital. An affinity for working in a fast-paced environment, remote collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are crucial attributes for success in this role.
