About the Role

The Senior Consultant has a technical role reporting to the CEO, managing the design and implementation of business intelligence solutions and ensuring exceptional service delivery to enhance organizational performance and foster long-term relationships.

We expect the highest level of performance both within and outside client projects.

About You

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing top-notch data & analytics solutions.
  • Designing, delivering, and maintaining cutting-edge data & analytics solutions.
  • Advising clients on data strategy and transformation initiatives.
  • Engaging and managing stakeholders.
  • Managing projects using Agile & waterfall methodologies.
  • Presenting insights through reports and data visualization.
  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Testing and troubleshooting data & analytics products.
  • Deploying products and conducting user training.
  • Enhancing existing data & analytics solutions.
  • Creating and updating documentation.
  • Developing business analytics strategies and BI solutions.
  • Offering a client experience based on flexibility, transparency, and integrity.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Performing any additional duties as needed.

Must Have Capabilities (Skills, Knowledge, and Experience)

  • Minimum five years of experience as a Data Analyst / Engineer / Scientist / AI Engineer / ML Engineer.
  • Experience in problem-solving and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Engagement and management of stakeholders.
  • Project delivery experience in professional services or corporate settings.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI stack (Azure, Power Platform) or AWS stack and/or Tableau.
  • Technology certification related to data engineering, analytics, data science, AI/ML.
  • Understanding or experience in advanced analytics, such as machine learning, IoT.
  • Experience in Agile project delivery.
  • Working experience with Microsoft or AWS cloud platforms.

Desireable:

  • Interest in multi-cloud capabilities.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
