You'll be responsible for

  • Delivering a positive customer experience while negotiating debt recovery options
  • Investigating claims and gathering evidence to determine liability
  • Adhering to laws relating to debt collection, liability and insurance
  • Engaging with third parties in an empathetic and respectful manner

About you

  • Experience in motor claims or debt recovery would be highly desirable
  • Effective negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
