The Job.....
Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for the below duties:

  • Contacting customers with overdue accounts to negotiate repayment plans and arrangements.
  • Reviewing delinquent accounts and determining appropriate actions for recovery.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external agencies to facilitate the recovery process.
  • Monitoring payment arrangements and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms.
  • Identifying and escalating accounts with potential legal action or further collection efforts.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and actions taken.
  • Providing regular reports on recovery activities and outcomes to management.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

  • Experience in collections or recoveries ideally within the asset finance sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.
