About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Digital, this role will cover the responsibilities of the current Manager of Customer Engagement and Lifecycle whilst she is on maternity leave.
Create 'best practice' CRM, Marketing Automation programs and BAU digital campaigns to rive sales across multiple brands;
Leverage customer insights to identify business opportunities;
Customer profiling and segmentation;
Stakeholder management locally and globally including external relationships;
Data management, monitoring, reporting and optimisation for improved performance; and
Own the Lifecycle and eDM calendar.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Lifecycle / loyalty / CRM management;
System experience with Automation software. Acoustics is highly regarded;
Team leadership experience people;
Extensive reporting experience;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Flexibility to take early morning or evening calls at time with international offices;
Tertiary qualifications in Digital marketing, CRM; and
Travel industry experience preferred but not essential.
