Role Overview:
We are looking for organized and proactive Administrative Assistants to support our growing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office communications, including phone calls and emails.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
