How can building relationships lead to building outcomes with impact?
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Consumer Division and manage a designated portfolio of FI Partners.
You'll be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the portfolio to lead the way with the distribution of our established and emerging products.
- Formulating, implementing and managing strategic business plans of the client accounts to achieve Sales revenue / Sales quota targets.
- Acting as the main interface when required between the client and the organisation, to ensure an optimal level of service is provided at all times and continually seek the opportunity to participate in Partners' strategic business planning processes.
- Maintain and update all Salesforce KPIs and Supervision and Monitoring requirements.
- Ensuring sustainable profitable growth through agreed strategy and action planning with Partner, including but not limited to execution and monitoring of performance against operational benchmarks.
Important to your success:
- Relevant financial services industry experience, in addition to experience managing client accounts.
- Ability to document and understand market and Partner requirements to identify, pursue and close business development opportunities that contribute to the profitability of the organisation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
- Adept at proactively building and maintaining professional relationships and networks to enhance industry positioning, exchange knowledge and elicit beneficial outcomes.
- Demonstrates strong presentation skills that are engaging and impactful.
