The Role

In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for leading some of our largest client portfolios and will work closely with our senior strategists to develop large-scale campaigns. We are looking for a fast-paced, proactive AM who can guide projects to successful outcomes while meeting quick deadlines and managing highly complex requirements. As Account Manager, you will build relationships and nurture accounts through your consulting and engagement skills, bring new opportunities to our partners and drive strategic growth.

You will embrace a collaborative approach while having autonomy and responsibility for your work week. You will have a thirst for learning new skills and be motivated to embrace new challenges.

Using your experience as an account manager with a design, digital marketing or ad agency background, you'll play a vital role in guiding clients through the creative process and will effectively communicate value at every step.

You will work closely with content experts, designers, senior strategists and account directors to collaborate on successful outcomes for the business and for our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Working with clients to understand their objectives and enable their success through collaboration with our creative team
  • Contribute to the growth of existing clients through exceptional service, by identifying new opportunities and by taking inspiration from industry-specific trends
  • Interpreting client briefs, managing internal briefs and challenging and inspiring all collaborators to deliver the best possible output that solves the client's problem
  • Providing estimates and quotes to clients, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest possible standard
  • Managing client engagements and communications from ideation to implementation and communicating the value of our services at each step
  • Monthly reporting with clients to recap on project success and position our creative team for future engagements
  • Assisting with pitches and pre-sales opportunities with Directors and Senior Strategists
  • General administration of our project management system and accurately recording project statuses and communicating them with the wider team
  • Forging strong relationships with clients through honesty, transparency and strategic thinking

Skills

  • At least 3 years' experience as an Account Manager at an agency
  • A Degree in Communications, Media, Arts, Design, Marketing, PR or similar
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable skills as a project manager
  • Demonstrable strategic skills for account growth
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business-driven decision-making
  • Strong digital literacy and understanding of emerging technologies and tools
  • Experience leading national and international client accounts
  • Experience negotiating the scope of work and budget with clients
  • Experience in successfully collaborating outcomes with clients
  • Experience in workshop participation
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro & the Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of Analytics tools, e.g. GA4
  • Knowledge or experience using Paymo is a bonus
