Our client is seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to join their team.

As a Construction Manager, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate a team of skilled professionals to execute new business wins and prepare for the full construction phase.

This is a critical role that will involve overseeing all pre-construction elements of major development projects.

_Duties will include_

  • Working closely with the design team project design and reviews
  • Project Feasibility
  • Liaison with external consultants authorities, and cost teams
  • Project management planning
  • Risk management
  • OH/S reporting
  • Cost planning and financial reporting
  • Tender evaluation
  • Project reporting
  • Overall management of the team

To be considered for this role it is essential you have the following skills, qualifications, and experience:

  • Related Industry qualification within the Property and Construction industry (Construction Management or Engineering equivalent)
  • Proven experience in the endtoend construction, and property sectors, ideally in a similar role over 35 years.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail, demonstrate quality and outcome focus
  • Wellorganised with the ability to work across and deliver on multiple deadlines and priorities
  • A strong understanding of the Australian construction industry, working through complex design and engineering solutions.
  • Good presentation and professionalism with maturity, credibility, and a high comfort level in dealing with executives
  • You will be a forward thinker and planner, who assesses your performance.
