This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading residential builder in Australia as a Site Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the build of up to 15 residential projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of construction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee and supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure high standards and performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed to schedule and budget.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
- Education: Preferably a Cert IV in Building and Construction or a construction-related degree.
- Professional Experience: Essential to have managed upwards of 15 residential projects simultaneously for another project homes builder or custom builder.
- Personal Attributes: Leadership skills, well-presented, exceptional communication skills, and a clear understanding and adherence to HSE standards.
