Role Description


If you love the idea of breaking into new accounts, and helping a customer grow their business using the world best Marketing Technology, then this role is for you.


Your Impact

  • You will lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales whilst growing existing accounts.
  • Handling strategic accounts and relationships across the team
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure overachievement within the designated market sector(s).
  • Engage with prospect organisations to position salesforce solutions through strategic valuebased selling, case definition, return on investment analysis, references and analyst data.
  • Lead the endtoend sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Core Sales teams, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.
  • Accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery.
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and facetoface meetings

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 25+ years sales experience (preferably Software or Business Applications)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and people skills
  • Shown track achievement against targets and metrics
  • Credibility internally and with customers
  • Validated sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement
  • Successful history of net new business and existing business upsell
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
