Brand Management (Marketing & Communications) About the company This global FMCG business is a market leader with a portfolio of well loved brands across the food space.

Continually improving market share and leading the competitor set in innovation, brand presence and communication, they are a business who pride themselves on their strong culture high performance, maturity and flexibility.

Due to a parental leave cover, there is an opportunity to join the team in a 12 month contract role.

About the role Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Senior Brand Manager you will have the opportunity to work across a $40 M portfolio of two global accelerator brands.

The role will be see you working with global strategy, focused on driving the local agenda for the portfolio as the brand guardian.

You will work cross functionally, acting as project lead to work with local manufacturing to drive NPD launches to market as well as support in campaigns to support building brand awareness and market share in local market.

Skills & Experience Tertiary qualifications in marketing, commerce or related field Prior experience in a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager role within the FMCG space Strong commercial acumen and an insight driven nature Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to work cross functionally Experience working closely with Circana/IRI/Nielsen data is ideal but not essential Culture You will be a dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate marketer, naturally curious with a results driven and proactive nature.

This role will best suit a candidate with strong commercial accumen and an insight driven nature.

You will be a natural leader, comfortable leading projects and engaging cross functionally within a global organisation, with thanks to your strong communication, stakeholder management, relationship building and influence skills.
