Connect APAC is teaming up with one of the most exciting Australian owned FMCG companies to find a Senior Brand Manager.

This company is revolutionizing the Sports Hydration sector with a healthier alternative - fewer calories, less sugar, natural flavoring, and more.

You will collaborate with and rub shoulders with some of the most prominent Australian athletes in Rugby League, Netball, Cricket, AFL, Basketball, and more.

This position involves leading the creation and implementation of marketing plans, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance awareness and trial experiences - covering strategy, brand building, digital and events, product development, athlete relations, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans for Superboost
  • Align, define, and adjust marketing priorities for teams as needed
  • Lead marketing activation planning and implementation
  • Enhance sponsorship and events strategy to ensure consumer engagement aligns with brand goals
  • Establish and prioritize resource allocation, including budgeting, media planning, and PR

Collaborate on brand evolution and innovation

  • Create content strategy for digital platforms such as our social pages (Instagram/TikTok)
  • Manage relationships with Athletes & Brand Ambassadors
  • Oversee creative and media briefs, and manage budget distribution with Agency Partner
  • Develop plans for Athlete endorsements and brand ambassadors
  • Define event strategy and lead team on execution utilizing Agencies for implementation
  • Ensure brand development aligns with brand positioning and guidelines
  • Supervise social media and digital presence

Experience Required

  • Previous experience as a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager
  • FMCG or beverage industry background is essential
  • Experience in developing and executing activation plans
  • Preferably experienced in social media management
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
