Connect APAC is collaborating with an Australian FMCG business in the search for a Senior Brand Manager. This company is revolutionizing the Sports Hydration category with a healthier option - low cals, low sugar, natural flavoring, and more.

You will work closely with well-known Australian athletes from Rugby League, Netball, Cricket, AFL, Basketball, and more.

This role involves leading marketing operational plans, focusing on building awareness and trial opportunities, including strategy, brand development, digital and events, NPD, athlete coordination, and customer activation.

Responsibilities

  • Development of annual and quarterly marketing plans for Superboost
  • Aligning, setting, and adjusting marketing priorities for teams as necessary
  • Leading market activation planning & execution
  • Enhancing the sponsorship and events strategy to ensure a relevant consumer experience aligned with brand objectives
  • Guiding resource priorities, including budgeting, media planning, and PR
  • Collaborating on brand development and innovation
  • Creating a content plan for digital platforms including social pages (Instagram/TikTok) for Athletes & Brand Ambassadors
  • Supervising creative / media briefs and budget allocation through Agency Partner
  • Developing plans for Athlete owners & brand ambassadors
  • Setting event strategy and guiding team on activation using Agencies
  • Ensuring brand development aligns with brand positioning and guidelines
  • Supervising social media and digital presence

Experience Required

  • You should have experience at Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level
  • FMCG or beverage industry experience is required
  • Experience in developing and leading activation plans
  • Preferably experienced in social media management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
