Provide level 3 support for the workday HCM system within Service Stream Implement changes to the Workday integration through workday studio Designing and configuring Workday modules to meet the needs of the business Providing guidance and best practices for Workday use and implementation Assisting with data migration, integration errors, and testing new implementations Collaborating with the technical team and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of Workday solutions Continuously monitoring the Workday system and making recommendations for improvements

Good functional knowledge and experience in Workday absence, talent, and reporting Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and process mapping Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with IT vendors on system support and development.
