Business Initiatives Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Initiative Coordinator to join our dynamic mobility product team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Scoping, designing, and managing the delivery of key initiatives and programs for RACQ Roadside Assistance products.
  • Collaborating with functional teams to develop solutions, define features, and ensure project success.
  • Owning activities, issues, and risks, driving them to completion on time and within budget.
  • Championing continuous improvement of acquisition and retention strategies which maximise value delivered to the business.
  • Translating strategic intent into actionable plans, considering both member and business needs.
  • Utilising data to inform strategy and direction.

About you:

  • A strong blend of technical/development understanding and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong project management, change management, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience developing business cases and a keen eye for detail.
  • Topnotch problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach.
  • Experience with vendor engagement and a knack for identifying trends from diverse information sources.
  • The ability to understand, interpret, and analyse numerical data.
