AnglicareSA is looking for a motivated and influential Operations Manager, Resident Experience to join our team. In this brand new customer-focused role, you'll be the champion of resident well-being.

You'll listen to residents and their families, identify areas for improvement, and then develop and implement innovative strategies to elevate the resident experience to new heights.

Here's how you will make a difference:


  • Be the architect of exceptional customer experience: Define and implement a strategy that ensures every touchpoint in the resident journey exceeds expectations.

Lead the way on innovation: Develop and implement cutting-edge programs and services that respond to resident needs and industry trends.

Become a champion for resident-centered care:Embed a resident-focused philosophy in everything we do, from housekeeping to hospitality.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement: Collect resident and family feedback, analyse data, and use insights to constantly improve our services.

Empower and support your team:Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive workplace that inspires high performance.

Ensure the highest quality of care:Implement robust quality control systems and ensure all services comply with regulations and best practices.

Your superpowers include:

  • A background in hospitality or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer experience design.
  • Previous experience in a strategic leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and change management skills.
  • A passion for listening to residents and families and turning their ideas into reality.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
