The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Provide level one systems support, administer, and maintain the information management system with CIMHA and proactively identify and resolve issues in a rapidly changing environment on service basis
- Provide timely and professional CIMHA training and system access to a broad spectrum of stakeholders including Clinicians, Medical Staff and Administration personnel
- Ensure adherence to, including development, implementation, and evaluation of the CIMHA Business Rules and Management policies and monitor accuracy of data collection and processes
- Assist the division in meeting high expectations regarding service development, reporting, training, data quality and system management
- High level knowledge and experience in the use of patient information management and data entry systems
- Ability to collate, analyse and present data sets
- High level interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with influence
- Sound analytical, problem solving and interpretive skills
- Ability to work autonomously, set priorities and use own judgement to meet deadlines and manage resources effectively with fluctuating workload and emergent issues.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/1
- Vaccinated against COVID19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
