  • About you_
  • Qualified Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation trade OR degree qualified Mechanical, Electrical or Controls Engineer with industry experience
  • Good technical knowledge of rotating equipment and/or PLC systems

Customer Services Team:

  • What you'll be doing_
You'll be the technical focal point at customer sites across the East Coast of Australia, NZ & PNG.


On site, you may be doing anything from troubleshooting to commissioning projects, service and maintenance inspections to equipment removal and installation of Solar Turbines' range of turbo-machinery products (Gas Turbines, Compressor Sets, Generator sets) considered top notch in the Oil & Gas and Power Generation industries.


Of course, you'll also be responsible for:

  • Ensuring maintenance services and installation support adheres to relevant specifications and standards
  • Utilising sound judgment when analysing problems, with little to no supervision to solve issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Performing preventive/corrective maintenance
  • Assisting in a technical manner with customer operations and maintenance crews.
  • Providing detailed and technical reports to various stakeholders
  • Ensuring customer expectations are always met or exceeded
  • Complying with Solar Turbines' and clients' HSSE policies and procedures.
