The Centre of Financial Excellence (COFE) is a service responsible for ensuring financial processes and reporting are standardised, controlled and efficiently executed across the Group.

As part of the COFE the Senior Officer Credit Cards Processing is responsible for coordinating the workgroup and ensure the process operates efficiently & effectively.

In addition you will focus on ensuring all billing settlement files for sales and refunds are processed in accordance with Policies and Procedure.


You'll have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business or finance discipline
  • General understanding and familiarity with Amadeus
  • Prior experience in Fares and Ticketing desirable
  • Advanced level of communication, both written and verbal
  • Independent, dynamic and motivated team member who is a real team player
  • Results orientated with the ability to be flexible in a changing environment
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to manage priorities to meet changing demands
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical approach
