Your Opportunity

  • Prepare, review and issue invoices and account statements according to company procedures
- transfer direct billing accounts daily from guest ledger to Accounts Receievable

  • Ensures that property billings are sent error free and in a timely manner
  • Reconcile daily credit card payments and investigate any variance
  • Provide training to operation team on credit card procedures
  • Assist with managing credit card payments solutions in compliance with PCI
  • Investigate credit card chargebacks and respond in a timely manner
  • Reconcile reward reimbursements
  • Allocate daily bank payment according to remittance advice
- completes accounts receivable period end closing functions and procedures, credit and period end reporting

  • Upholds the policies and procedures outlined in the credit policy
  • Monitor open folios and master accounts
  • Compiles, codes, categorises, calculates, tabulates, audits or verifies information or data.
