About the role
Reporting to the National Account Manager, you will assist in developing and executing the sales plan within Independents, aligned with Treasury Premium Brands' (TPB) strategy.
Note:
This role can be based in Melbourne, Adelaide, or Sydney.
- Collaborate with the National Account Manager to develop and execute strategic priorities aligned with TPB's category and brand objectives.
- Conduct account diagnosis and negotiate business trading plans when needed.
- Support implementation of joint business plans, ensuring promotional activities align with priority brands and trade spend guidelines.
- Manage seamless execution of key activities outlined in the customer plan, leveraging understanding of customer strategies. Assist in delivering key financials, including GSR, NSR, BC, and trade spend budgets, to drive market share growth.
About you
- Prior FMCG salesrelated experience
- Strong strategic business focus and commercial acumen
- Proficiency in planning and execution Ability to understand, embrace, and capitalise on change
