**What you'll do
Reporting into the General Manager of Sustainability Enablement and Impact, lead the largest Sustainability program across AU and NZ.

Partnering with Lead Accountable, Sponsor and/or leadership teams and other critical stakeholders to shape, design and drive Group, E2E or business unit transformation priorities and associated OKRs, from inception to delivery of value.


  • Translates business strategy and integrates thematics into transformation delivery solution design.
  • Endtoend ownership of the QDC process, including running key cadences, processes, and practices.
  • Manages the identification and mapping of key dependencies for crossplatform/crossbusiness initiatives.
  • Optimises the delivery approach for key initiatives, particularly crossplatform/crossBU programs. Proactively drives and facilitates collaboration across the Platform and broader Group, particularly with other delivery and portfolio functions.
**What you'll bring

  • Demonstrated experience in building partnerships with leaders to drive alignment, cocreate solutions, and craft compelling experiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all organisational levels.
  • Expert and adaptive communicator with strong leadership presence, connecting with individuals, teams, and leaders to align in purpose.
  • Highly proficient in coaching and building capability in team members and leaders to mobilise and enable delivery. Proven delivery in enabling largescale transformation in complex environments, leveraging structure, process, and systems to orchestrate delivery in harmony with Ways of Working.
