To be successful in this role you will have


Demonstrated experience in the auditing, development, implementation and review of clinical and service delivery standards for Aged Care health and home.

Sound knowledge of legislation, regulations and quality standards for aged Care health and home.
An understanding of the Healthcare quality and compliance standards and the ability to pragmatically apply them in an operational settingThe ability to build positive relationships and work in partnerships with service delivery teams to achieve outcomesA strong background in developing and delivering training and coaching in the clinical space combined with a track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and qualities required
