This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded facility that provides a supportive environment, working directly alongside a Facility Manager, Strong Clinical Managers, AN-ACC support, Regional Education Support, and a 24-hour Registered Nurses and Care team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the home with accreditation, quality oversight, clinical governance, compliance, and staff education, working collaboratively with your team to ensure outstanding service provision.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the facility with accreditation and quality oversight
  • Lead clinical governance and compliance initiatives
  • Develop and implement staff education programs
  • Collaborate with the facility team to ensure outstanding service provision
