  • Previous experience in event management and/or hospitality management.
  • Understanding of Business to Business (B2B) sponsorships and events.
  • Event management or Marketing qualification (or similar).
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability and openness to travel for events throughout the workweek.
  • Problemsolving skills and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to changing situations.
  • Effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
How will you support our "Why?"

  • Collab with our marketing teams to plan key objectives, including brand awareness, product growth, and sales opportunities.
  • Manage and implement a variety of events, including premium customer conferences, major sponsorships, dinners, thought leadership forums, communitybased events, and webinars etc
  • Foster positive working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with external partners and agencies to bring creative event ideas to life
  • Develop and manage a suite of merch that enhances customer engagement and makes our brand memorable
  • Keep abreast of trends in event design, technology, production, and research methods
  • Manage and report on the event budget, including invoicing and reconciliation
