About The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications and Events Specialist to join their highly experienced Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Communications and Events Manager, this role will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's brand presence and engagement. You will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a variety of events and developing comprehensive marketing communications strategies to promote their products and brand effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Communications: Develop and manage integrated marketing communication plans that include online and offline channels. Craft compelling content for websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact events, including product launches, trade shows, and corporate events. Ensure all events align with our brand strategy and goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and media. Act as the point of contact for all event and communications-related inquiries.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events. Use data-driven insights to optimize future activities and strategies.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing and events budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.
About You:
- 5+ years experience in a Marketing Communications, Trade Marketing Manager or Marketing Manager role. Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a bonus.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Exceptional organisational, project management, and communication skills.
- Creative, strategic thinker with a proactive approach. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong team player who can work autonomously when required.
