**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications and Events Specialist to join our team at All Volusia and Flagler Heating and Air. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies and delivering high-quality events that engage and inform our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for internal communications channels, including email, intranet, and other digital platforms
  • Plan and execute internal events, including conferences, seminars, and town hall meetings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications strategies and events

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in internal communications and events
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills
  • Strong event planning and execution skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
