  • We have an exceptional opening for a dynamic leader with a strong understanding of the QLD property market to lead our Property Management division.
  • Reporting to the Executive Managing Director, your role will be instrumental in boosting CBRE's property management services throughout the state. As the State Lead, you will enhance CBRE's market presence in QLD, drive the profitability and expansion of our Property Management business and deliver strategic direction and guidance across the entire commercial portfolio.**Here's what you will focus on;
  • Organising and directing business plan objectives, projects, initiatives and requirements with other senior members of the QLD Property Management team
  • Managing and mentoring team members to build a successful and influential team
  • Setting and implementing strategies to maximise department performance and monitor those strategies against budget
  • Identifying growth opportunities and targets for QLD Property Management and plans to grow existing key client relationships
  • Initiating and implementing marketing strategies to source new clients and develop CRM list of key clients and activities
  • Responsibility and accountability for overall performance of facilities and project management services within the portfolio
  • Seeking to secure "landmark" building management mandates for the business
**Here's what you'll need to succeed;

  • Senior leadership experience within the property industry, ideally property management, with a strong industry presence and indepth knowledge of the QLD property market across all asset classes.
  • A demonstrated track record of managing major commercial assets across the Office, Retail and/or Industrial sectors
  • Ability to lead business development, generate leads and prospects and create unique value propositions for clients
  • Exemplary people management skills and experience managing a large, multidisciplinary team with the ability to engage and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Demonstrated thought leadership with a logical and analytical mindset
  • A high level of commercial acumen and financial aptitude
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Economics or Finance with a Certificate of Registration
