- Develop and implement clinical programs and initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior clinicians to support their professional growth and development
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- 5+ years of clinical experience in paediatrics and adults
- Registration or ability to become registered with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Prior experience working with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants in a clinical or community setting
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles
