_ The Role_

_ Key responsibilities:
_

  • Provide professional end to end management of the recruitment process from developing the recruitment specifications from sourcing through to onboarding for all vacancies within the portfolio in line with workforce plans
  • Organising fortnightly inductions and provide induction information to new starters
  • Coordinating Student, Graduate and Traineeship recruitment activities

_About you_

  • A team player with a cando attitude, who thrives in a fastpaced environment and loves to juggle multiple and conflicting tasks
  • Talented endtoend recruiter with a proactive and responsive approach
  • Exceptional organisational and administration skills, with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for relationship building/business partnering

_Essential Criteria:
_

  • Experience in a high volume, fast paced internal recruitment or similar
  • Experience within the aged care/health care industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong computer literacy with intermediate MS Office skills
  • Adept in the use of PageUp (or a similar applicant tracking system)
  • Previous experience processing visas (desirable)
  • Current Flu Vaccination and Covid19 vaccinations as per Amana Living policy.
  • Police Clearance (no older than 6 months or willing to obtain one)
