About the role

Duties

  • Oversee the Curation and Customer/Seller Support teams to maintain brand quality, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to set performance goals, develop longterm operational plans, and shape the overall marketplace strategy.
  • Enhance efficiency and productivity through process analysis and crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Manage the technical roadmap of the marketplace, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage various operational areas including Platform Optimization, Seller Onboarding, Seller Experience, Customer Support, Data & Analytics, Product Catalog, and Compliance.
  • Collaborate with Tech, Marketing, Curation, and Customer/Seller Support teams to achieve shared objectives. Provide mentoring and constructive feedback for performance improvement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of marketplace performance and leverage this knowledge to drive Content Commerce.
  • Oversee the execution of the marketplace strategy, utilizing customer, sales, and product data for informed decisionmaking.
  • Continuously refine the approach to audiencebased ecommerce drivers based on data and insights.

Skills and experience

  • At least 5 years' experience in this or a similar ecommerce role
  • Experience working with different stakeholder levels to drive crossfunctional results
  • Effective interpersonal skills
