THE OPPORTUNITY


The Business Enablement function, underpinning a TAFE NSW wide program of strategic initiatives, is looking for a Change Lead on a temporary basis until 30 June 2024.

As Change Lead you will lead, manage and coordinate the delivery of change initiatives (systems, data, process and people) and key components of overall business readiness across an enterprise-wide program of work.


Working closely with the program leadership group, you will provide advice, support and guidance in the design of strategic initiatives that will increase business readiness, take-up and sustained adoption to achieve program objectives and associated benefits.

You will also drive stakeholder engagement by leading briefings, conducting workshops and producing resource materials supported by a small, dedicated team of TAFE NSW Change Management resources.


ABOUT YOU


To succeed in this role, you will have detailed knowledge of change management methodologies and proven experience delivering large-scale organisational change initiatives, ideally within both private and public sectors.

Your ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders will also be key to your success.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities are essential as is the ability to respond in a flexible and agile way to changing timelines and requirements.

You must have the willingness and ability to travel to other work locations within the State as required.
