THE OPPORTUNITY


The Information Management Lead is responsible for leading an energetic, customer focused portfolio that delivers real-life service and business process improvement activities within the Continuous Improvement function.

Through proactively identifying opportunities to continually improve the performance of process, written directions or service delivery, this role will help shape a modern, customer-first and values-based organisation.


ABOUT YOU


As the Information Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our approach to written directions (policy and procedures) and process excellence.

Your ability to critically assess ways of working information, metrics, and data will empower you to formulate insightful recommendations for change.

You will provide invaluable thought leadership on internal processes, contributing to the success of our improvement initiatives.

Managing improvement outcomes will be second nature to you, as you establish an environment where process enhancements are not only realised but sustained over time.


Your strategic vision will be evident as you develop tools and strategies that facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement, driving the adoption of consistent best practices and process standards.

Your excellent communication skills will convey ideas, strategies, and recommendations seamlessly, facilitating collaboration with diverse range of stakeholders.

To be considered for the role you will have;

  • Significant experience in leading team to deliver process or information management outcomes within a large organisation.
  • End to end business process thinking, data led process reengineering, engagement with process owners/sponsors and enablement of all company roles that manage processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process or information management solutions and standards. (ARIS, Signavio etc)
  • Strong understanding of the process or information management frameworks, lifecycle, standards (BPMN2.0), governance, and enablement rollout.
  • Experience leading or interlocking with other improvement and governance practices such as Lean, Agile or Human Centred Design, Risk & Controls is highly desirable.
  • Customer Experience mindset and drive to deliver value for learners.
  • High level of stakeholder management and project delivery capability.
