About This Role and who we are looking or
This is a Monday to Friday role - no Saturday work is required.

Its heavily weighted to admin, support, diary management, and being the person who, behind the scenes gets everything sorted Life will never be dull in this role and we are specifically looking for a superstar PA who is at their best working in a top performing team.

We are seeking a bright and fun individual who is HUNGRY about building their career. We are looking for someone with;

  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, 'people pleasing nothing is ever too much trouble' frame of mind
  • Is fun, warm and an exceptional communicator with a high level of confidence
  • A very strong administrative background with a technology flare
  • Agents Rep certificate, and clear police check.
Be the right-hand to a very busy leading team, who are fun, flexible and and encourage work life balance.

More specifically your responsibilities will encompass

  • General Administration
  • Diary management
  • Marketing preparation
  • Client reporting
  • Manage the socials including Facebook / Insta / LinkedIn
  • Database maintenance
