Gerente Técnico Senior

Importante rol Como Gerente Técnico Senior, tu responsabilidad es entregar aplicaciones rápidas, seguras, escalables y mantenibles que nos hagan destacar del resto, garantizando la calidad y permitiendo a los empleados de la Compañía realizar su trabajo de manera efectiva.
  • Proporcionar soporte durante los tiempos de entrega de la aplicación y ser capaz de manejar los problemas durante la implementación.
  • Responsable de la gestión de problemas y realizar cambios de mantenimiento preventivo/proactivo para las aplicaciones compatibles bajo gestión de problemas.
  • Reconocer incidentes, solicitudes de servicio y resolverlos de manera oportuna según el SLA definido.
  • Documentar todos los cambios realizados en las aplicaciones y gestionar la documentación para una entrega fluida.
  • Monitorear y brindar soporte técnico a las aplicaciones durante y después de la implementación.
  • Clasificar los defectos detectados y emprender un esfuerzo inmediato para corregirlos garantizando una entrega sin problemas.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse efectivamente con equipos y clientes.
  • Comprender los requisitos del proyecto, coordinar con los recursos y dirigir los proyectos en la dirección correcta de manera oportuna.
  • Capacidad para gestionar el cambio y transmitir efectivamente la información a los equipos implicados para una ejecución más fluida.
Delegar y asignar responsabilidades de manera eficiente para gestionar proyectos de principio a fin.

Formación y Calificaciones:
  • Titulo universitario en ingeniería con al menos 13-15 años de experiencia con las siguientes tecnologías.

Servidores de Aplicaciones:
Tomcat, JetSpeed, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server, Oracle Application Server, Grunt
  • Lenguaje de programación Universe 11.3.1, AIX 7.2, J2EE, JSF 2.0, Apache, Struts 2.3, Spring, JMS, REST Web Services, EJB2.0, IBM WebSphere Portal (6.0, 8.0), Oracle 11g.

Tecnología más reciente:
Microservicios, Spring Boot, Kafka, Zookeeper, Data Dog, Búsqueda Redis y experiencia en la nube (Azure y AWS).
