Location- Sydney Number of Positions: 5 Senior Technical Manager is responsible for deliveringthe fast, secure, scalable and maintainable applications that will make usstand out from the crowd by ensuring the quality and enabling Company employeesto do their work effectively.


  • Provide support during the application delivery times andable to handle the issues during the deployment.
  • Responsible for problem management and to performpreventive/ proactive maintenance changes for the supported applications underproblem management.
  • Acknowledging incidents, service requests and resolvingthen in a timely manner based on the SLA defined
  • Documenting all the changes that are made to theapplications and managing the documentation for smooth delivery.
  • Monitoring and providing the technical support to theapplications during and after implementation
  • Classify the defects raised and undertake an immediateeffort to fix them ensuring a smoother delivery.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients
  • Understand project requirements, coordinate with resourcesand direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
  • Ability to manage change and effectively pass on theinformation down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently tomanage projects end to end Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 13-15 years'experience with the following technologies.

Application Servers:
Tomcat, Jet Speed, Web Sphere Application Server, Web Sphere Portal Server, Oracle Application Server, Grunt

  • Universe programming language11.3.1, AIX 7.2, J2 EE, JSF 2.0, Apache, Struts 2.3, Spring, JMS, REST Web Services, EJB2.0, IBM Web Sphere Portal (6.0,8.0), Oracle 11g

Strong working knowledge on latesttechnology:
Microservice, Spring Boot, Kafka, Zookeeper, Data Dog, Redis search and Cloud experience (Azure and AWS).
