Talenza has been engaged to source a Technical Senior Project Manager for a Financial Crime Program
Location: Sydney
Day rate: $1100 + super
Length of contract: 12 months + extension
Required experience:

  • 10+ years of experience working with Project Management Methodology with a track record of delivery on past projects (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated experience with successful project delivery using an Agile approach (mandatory).
  • Banking and Finance Industry experience (mandatory)
  • Recent Financial Crime program exposure; end-to-end (mandatory)
  • Fenergo, NetReveal or similar experience highly advantageous
  • Prior iteration manager experience highly advantageous
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management methodology, processes and tools
  • Effective planning, co-ordinating and managing timeframes to achieve deliverables.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, especially at senior management level;
  • Ability to facilitate and resolve gaps/conflicts between the client, business and technical areas
  • Strong Technical background, and the ability to be hands on at the right levels
  • Excellent presentation skills to technical and business audiences
  • Commercial awareness to guide development of sound business and technical decision making
  • Complex budget and financial management.
  • A proven ability to manage across broad teams and business areas, and ensure effective delivery of multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Knowledge of Change and Release Management processes and procedures
