About the role


Reporting to the Senior Manager People Strategy and Projects you will partner with, and provide professional advice to, key enabling teams throughout our Corporate centre.

You will lead the delivery and implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives, aimed at continuously improving Queensland Rail's performance & development and 1Team culture.

  • Previous experience within a senior level HR Business Partner position
  • Ability to support and/or lead the delivery of key people strategies and programs to uplift performance and enable the achievement of key business priorities
  • Work in an agile and flexible manner by leading and driving positive outcomes within a matrix team environment
  • Develop, lead and implement business readiness plans, change management and transformation activities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail
