Our client seeks a ServiceNow Administrator who will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of the ServiceNow Platform.

In addition to working closely with the business to provide creative solutions, you will manage escalated tickets [Incident & Problem], platform configurations, system enhancements, and IT changes.

You will implement and provide service improvement plans across automated workflow development, platform improvements, defect maintenance and data imports.

Skills/Experience required

  • Proven background in the implementation and administration of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Experience in related platforms
  • ITSM, ITOM & ATF.
  • Understanding of Governance and management across Enterprise IT.
  • Technical background across Operations / Infrastructure / Applications support and or development.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with sponsors & stakeholders in solving business processes and technical problems.
  • Excellent communication, business engagement skills and experience.
