About the Role

Our Client is a highly successful roofing company who have been established since 1986 and have expanded to now having 3 repair and maintenance divisions and a large projects division, covering all the Sydney metropolitan area.


Due to expansion, they are now seeking a self-motivated, energetic individual who has exceptional administration skills and a passion for service excellence to join their team.

This is a pivotal role in the business, where you will be looking after their valued clients and supporting the Sales and Estimation team with quotations, processing invoices and payments as well as updating and managing customer enquiries over the phone and online.


We are looking for someone to become a key person in the team and the business and take on a leadership role in the Customer Service area.

This is a fast paced environment which will see you juggling multiple priorities at any one time.

Duties:

  • Manage bookings and appointments for the Estimators
  • Handle any warranty claims and submissions
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide updates on any variations or delays
  • Data input and updating of the CRM system, ServiceM
  • Process invoices and payments on Xero
  • General Administration duties as required, such as social media support, managing sponsorships, coordinate invitations etc

Skills and Experience:

***- Demonstrated experience in a client service, scheduling or sales support role within a high volume environment

  • Experience in receipting, invoicing and processing payments
  • Team orientated but ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills
  • Be reliable and have a positive 'Can do' attitude
  • High level computer skills in Microsoft Office, with a knowledge of CRM systems, such as ServiceM8 and knowledge of Xero an advantage
