About The Role
Title: Administration Assistant
Location: Based at our Melton Hub (on-site), collaborating with our broader administration team
Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing (Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pm)
Salary: $25 – $31 per hour (based on experience)

Your Everyday
As an Administration Assistant at Everyday Independence, each day brings new challenges and experiences. Picture yourself:

  • Utilizing Skedulo (our scheduling system) to organize therapy sessions in alignment with participant's Therapy Plan or Habit Coach Action Plan.
  • Adjusting sessions in case of cancellations by either practitioner or participant.
  • Guiding a new participant on our service delivery approach in the social model and setting mutual expectations.
  • Conducting thorough over-the-phone risk assessments, recording identified risks accurately to ensure safety of therapists and participants.
  • Maintaining precise Service Agreements for participants.
  • Participating in the weekly team gathering at the Hub; sharing impactful stories, coffee, and laughter.
  • Working closely with the administration team to efficiently complete tasks across the area.
  • Providing professional and emotionally intelligent customer service through phone, in-person, and email interactions, ensuring a participant-centric experience.

Who We Are Looking For
At Everyday Independence, we value teamwork and shared values. We seek individuals who resonate with our ethos and can seamlessly integrate into our dynamic setting.
To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in scheduling or rostering.
  • 2–3 years' experience in administration focusing on customer service and relationship building.
  • Expertise in managing client databases and practice administration systems (experience with Sales Force is advantageous).
  • Demonstrated commitment to meeting or exceeding customer expectations and needs.
  • Proactive approach, ability to prioritize tasks, and attention to detail.
  • Positive team player willing to contribute towards team objectives.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, embracing daily challenges with a can-do attitude.
  • Adaptability to change and openness to feedback for skill enhancement.
  • Experience in the NDIS/Disability sector is preferred but not mandatory.

Before commencement, obtaining a Working With Children's Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check is required.
