**The Opportunity**

The role will work alongside the Administration Support Officer in administering customer requests received as well as assisting the wider team whilst reporting to the Parks & Open Space Coordinator.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Parks & Open Space Officers with receipt and provision of desktop triage for routine and simple fault reports, assign work orders and purchase requisitions as directed to either the in-house services team or specialist trade contractors.
- Escalate non routine and/or complex fault reports and requests to Parks & Open Space Officer to further investigate.
- Assist with the Administration of service contracts relating to reactive and proactive maintenance activity.

**_ To be successful in this role you will have the following:_**
- Post-secondary qualification in Administration or relevant office administration experience.
- Experience working in a multi-disciplined team to achieve set objectives, specifically in the field of maintenance.
