This full service marketing agency is at the top of their game, working with long-term, big brand clients and their subsidiaries in retail, IT, telecommunications, fitness, automotive etc.

The growth of the business over the last decade has been largely organic due not only to their expertise, but the personal and transparent way they engage with clients.

They also have proven formulas for success, they deliver on the brief, they look after their people and therefore experience very little attrition, from both an employee and a client perspective.

About the role


An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Lead to join the agency and take the lead with a portfolio of well-established clients.

Unlike similar positions in other agencies, this role will see you doing what you do best - consulting with clients, creating strategies and campaign plans and coming back to the delivery team to execute the work.

This is a strategic role for a talented marketer with a generalist background, who is ready to step up and advise clients, manage campaign delivery and report on results.

Here's a summary of what you'll be responsible for;
Liaising with clients and suppliers;
Creating quotes and proposals;
Presenting & pitching ideas;
Crafting strategic & tactical marketing plans;
Preparing reports and documents;
Creating briefs for the art, web, content & digital teams;
Activation of campaigns / marketing co-ordination; and

Project management.

About you


This is a unique role that requires someone with outstanding interpersonal skills, an operational background in generalist marketing and a proactive, driven and positive attitude.

Here's a summary of what you'll need to succeed in this role;
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or related field;
5+ years of experience in operational, generalist marketing (social, content, digital, campaign management etc) gained largely in consumer businesses;
Agency experience preferred, but not essential;
Proven ability to confidently and competently build trusted relationships with client / stakeholders;
Exceptional time management and project management skills;
Outstanding attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills;
Desire to learn and grow professionally;
Ability to work fast and under pressure; and

Confident and a people person.
