What's the opportunity?
Spearhead all marketing efforts for Lumify products. Deeply understand the target audience's everyday challenges and succinctly explain how our product helps solve customer problems.


The product and campaign marketing lead is responsible for achieving product marketing goals and leading product campaigns across all our businesses, markets and brands.


  • Role will ideally commence January 2024._

What will you do?
Strategic thinking; must be able to plan and strategize initiatives with a long-term view;
Responsible for overseeing the creation and promotion of key products i.e. courses and learning programs across B2B and B2C segments;
Provide a voice for the product outside of the company - help audiences understand how Lumify's value proposition is relevant to them;
Keen understanding of audience personas, in-depth knowledge of relevant courses and their USPs;
Acquisition - bring awareness about courses through content such as blogs, eDMS, white papers, e-books and social media;
Ability to lead multiple campaigns concurrently; work with many brands and vendors in the portfolio to drive successful outcomes;
Engagement - build trust and create conversations with potential customers through events, campaigns and specific call to action;
Conversion and retention - convert prospects to customers and solidify relationships with existing customers;
Developing engaging marketing programs that will reach the target audience for each product and inspire an increase in sales revenue;
Lead sales enablement programs for products - ensure sales teams are fully equipped with information and assets to support decisions from customers;

  • Deliver product marketing programs that consistently generate new, high quality leads for our group.

What have you accomplished?

Experience:
A minimum of 7 years in product marketing within technology or training.

Leadership:
Demonstrated people management experience.

Stakeholder Management:
Proven ability in effectively managing diverse stakeholders.

Project Management:
Exceptional project management skills.

Digital Marketing:

Proficiency in digital marketing; familiarity with Dynamics 365 as a CRM and Dynamics Insights as a marketing automation platform is advantageous.


Analytical Skills:
Ability to dissect and interpret data for informed decision-making.

Market Exposure:
Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing landscapes.

Event Management:
Successful track record in event management with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
