Job Description:

The Role


AECOM's Resource and Industry Business Line (BL) is looking for an engaging and collaborative Group Lead to provide leadership, market facing, driving internal collaboration in ANZ and globally to assist in growing our team in Western Australia.


Working as part of the Australia & New Zealand Resource and Industry BL team and as an integral member of the WA Leadership team, you will have accountability for AECOM's strategic, financial and client outcomes for the business in Western Australia.

Your strong relationships with clients will enable you to identify, lead and support the continued growth of our business, bringing new business and leveraging opportunities across business units, service lines and regions.

You will be a hands-on leader, responsible for positioning and winning projects aligned to our ANZ Resource and Industry Strategy as well as contributing to the delivery of large-scale projects across Australia and internationally.


As a contemporary leader you will promote a culture of teamwork and technical excellence, championing the AECOM Western Australia water business internally and externally.

This role will give you the opportunity to network across all areas of the business and with our leading specialists in ANZ and globally, building your professional profile and carving a career pathway that will make a difference.

The role will be based in Perth, Western Australia.

Qualifications:

Relevant tertiary education and professional registrations required.
